A passionate and versatile non-fiction media professional with nearly 20 years of experience in documentary filmmaking, commercial media production, and experimental video. I am committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students can engage with both the technical and theoretical aspects of media production. As a candidate for tenure-track Assistant Professor at Hunter College, I aim to contribute my expertise in storytelling, production, and media theory to support the department’s mission of innovation, critical inquiry, and social engagement in the ever-evolving media landscape.
