A Christ-centered minister of the gospel, committed to expository preaching, biblical discipleship, and pastoral care. With over a decade of preaching, teaching, and shepherding experience in youth, young adult, and multi-generational ministry contexts. A licensed minister since 2014, called to faithfully preach the inerrant and infallible Word of God with clarity, boldness, and compassion. Experienced in expository preaching, pastoral counseling, ministry leadership, and developing Christ-centered discipleship environments. Passionate about reaching the next generation, building healthy church culture, and grounding believers in biblical truth. Seeking to serve a Christ-centered, Bible-believing church committed to sound doctrine, spiritual formation, and the Great Commission. Called to preach in 2014 during a season of spiritual brokenness and surrender, I experienced the unmistakable conviction of the Holy Spirit through the Word of God. The Lord impressed upon my heart the simple but life-altering mandate: “Preach My Word.” Since then, my commitment has been to faithfully proclaim Scripture, point people to Christ alone, and disciple believers toward spiritual maturity. My calling continues to deepen through my service at St. John Missionary Baptist Church under my father, Pastor Dr. Fredrick L. Fairley Sr.

1. Biblical Truth

Scripture is the final authority for life, doctrine, and ministry. My preaching is expository, Christ-centered, and rooted in faithful interpretation of the inerrant and infallible Word of God.

2. Love & Compassion

Following Christ’s example, ministry must be relational, compassionate, and grounded in grace and truth. I lead and shepherd with humility, gentleness, and pastoral sensitivity.

3. The Great Commission

I am committed to disciple-making, spiritual formation, and equipping believers to grow from conversion to conviction, from milk to meat, and from membership to mission.

Married to Aziah Fairley, who serves alongside me in ministry and is also called to preach the Gospel. Together we have three children and are committed to raising them in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Our family is dedicated to serving the local church, supporting ministry work, and modeling a Christ-centered home.
