Summary

Since 2016, I Have accumulated more than 7 years of diverse experience providing disaster recovery services on FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and FHWA-ER Programs. I Have served as a division supervisor and subject matter expert on numerous debris recovery teams following major storm and disaster events in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Colorado, Kentucky, and Oregon, many on which I have played a key role from beginning to end having a hand in all phases and activities associated with debris management. I have strong organizational, planning, analytical and financial skills. I have provided expert guidance and direction to state and municipal agencies for all aspects of debris removal operations, including activities related to loading, staging, disposal site monitoring, environmental permitting, and cost eligibility for reimbursement. In addition, I also have an exceptional record of successfully implementing quality assurance measures that have ensured that documentation is in full compliance with Federal regulations. Before my years as a division supervisor, I have worked with many local contractors and nonprofit groups as a volunteer helping displaced renters and homeowners get back into their homes. Throughout my experience I have developed a strong working relationship with clients and contractors to maximize recovery, minimize costs, and complete projects in a timely and safe manner.
