- Oversee the reception of the Conveyor belt system.
- Perform daily forecast of crew cost and production rate and report to management as required.
- Perform on-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Perform fleet administration duties and request materials/supplies needed for scope of work.
- Read, understand and interpret plans and specifications as required and check work according to specifications.
- Maintain high level of safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures for craft personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensures workers are fully qualified to perform assigned duties.
- Knowledge and understanding of prevailing wage rules.
- Coordinate sub-contractors onsite.
- Support published corporate policies.
- Perform additional assignments as needed and per management’s direction.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- Equipment management experience highly desired.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently under a variety of working conditions.
- Experience managing subcontractors preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding in order to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability and willingness to work weekends and night shifts per business needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as being able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to operate heavy and complex equipment requiring skill and the exercise of independent judgment.
