  • In this role I am the first point of contact for patients coming into the practice. My responsibilities include checking patients in and out of their appointments. Scheduling dental cleanings and procedures through Dentrix and maintaining a well-paced schedule. I am responsible for maintaining many data bases which involves keeping them organized and up to date. I am also responsible for sending and receiving patient records and referrals in a safe and efficient manner. I am extremely familiar with HIPAA and have a lot of experience dealing with electronic medical and dental records.

  • Assistant Content Coordinator: In this role I proofread and edited transcripts for the large programs and seminars that Hypnosis Training Academy creates. I was also responsible for creating PDF documents to use in our Hypnosis Diploma School that Hypnosis Training Academy created to certify professional hypnotherapists.

This role required me to manage data bases and keep track of customer questions, requests and the responses that my colleagues gave me to ensure a timely answer to said questions.

  • Hemodialysis Technician: This role required a lot of hands-on patient care. I was required to Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments while keeping a consistent watch over patient vitals and condition. In this position I took a lead role in patient education in the clinic. This role required me to carry a biohazard certification, a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician License, as well as a Medical Assistant License.
  • Reuse Technician: This role required proper cleaning, sterilization, and storage of reusable medical devices known as Dialyzers. This is an artificial kidney used to clean a patient’s blood while getting a dialysis treatment. This device required a visual and chemical test to verify safety before storage.
