Freya(Yingchang) Feng

While I do not possess years of direct experience like some of the students in the program, I possess a keen interest in animal care, combined with patience, dependability, and a true desire to learn. Through my hands-on experience in shelter operations and research assistance, I have learned to carefully handle animals, aid the veterinarians and scientists with technical work, and work with clients and adopters. I am proud of establishing beneficial relationships with customers, veterinarians, and team colleagues, combined with providing a focus on the well-being of the animals in my charge. My keen sense of detail, ability to be adaptable, and willingness to assume responsibility will make me effective in any position, and I am committed to further developing my skills while promoting animals' well-being and helping their caregivers.
