My role at Starbucks at Fort Eisenhower, I undertook a variety of responsiblities. These included ensuring adequate stock for ingredients, lids, cups, silverware and other essentials to maintain a smooth and fast workflow. I also oversaw the warming station to guarantee that food items were promptly heated and ready to go for customers. Additionally, I prepared to ensure they were ready for each drink. As part of maintaining a welcoming environment , I conducted regular cleaning activities to have safe atmosphere for customers. Finally, I also operated the register ensuring all the needs of customers were met.

During my time at KFC, I managed various multitasking tasks. For example, I took orders at the drive through while preparing orders, and provided top-notch customer service simultaneously. I also prepped our food for the next day to ensure everything was ready to serve. Additionally, I took charge of cleaning duties to maintain a comfortable environment for our customers. I am confident in my skills and believe I can be a valuable asset to any work team.
