Summary

I’ve been a Direct Care Worker for over 6+ years of experience caring for Elderly and disabled patients. I’m also a CNA for over 4+ years. My proudest achievements has been building strong, trusting relationships with my patients while maintaining high standards of care. I am dedicated, punctual, and compassionate towards patient care. I have worked in different settings like Group homes, Nursing homes, Individuals homes and hospital settings.

I took initiative to streamline some daily routines, like organizing patient hygiene schedules more efficiently, which improved both patient satisfaction and staff workflow.

One moment that stands out is when I noticed early signs of a UTI in a non-verbal patient. I immediately reported it, and the patient received timely treatment, preventing a potential hospitalization. Situations like that remind me how crucial our role is in observing and advocating for patient.

I’m committed in creating a supportive and safe environment for patients to thrive. I work good as a Team with coworkers, patients and families. My patients are my Priority.
