Selected to lead this project in 2018 due to my experience and skills leading complex projects. The main objective of this project was collaboration and reaching consensus with a high number of stakeholders, all amongst the 4 brands of the HA group.

• Designing and implementing a two year overhaul schedule for HESS-MS SMS system
• Closely working with All Brand Group (ABG)
• Collaboratively developed a successful platform for transparent decision making
• Increasing workflow efficiency and reducing time spent by stakeholders within the HA Group
• Subject matter expert and consult to the Environmental and Fleet focus teams
