This Job overall tetched me to work with adults and collaborate on a team to get something done. Working for BIG taught me to work with speed and urgency but to work like I am the face of the company and I need to put my best foot forward.

1) Service Skills learned

Provided friendly,courteous service to create memorable moments for guests. This skill can be converted into any job it is a transferable skill to serve a crowd and solve problems on the go.

2) Skills to Work with adults

This untraditional skill that i have learned through BIG how to work with adults, sets me up for success any job I work in the future every other kid my age applying for these positions will not have the communication skills that I have learned working with a large group of caters to serve a group of people food.

Every summer I work a full time job setting up the technology for the coming school year. I set up computers, help teachers when they come back with there technical needs, and Maintained the technology that was already in place at one of the 10 schools in the district

1) Team Leadership and Leading Skills

For the last two summers working for the school district I was placed in a leadership position that taught me how to manage a group of people that all have different tasks.

2) Problem Solving Skills

Working in a position that requires quick thinking fuels my fire to learn more about a subject. Teachers asking me to fix something I have never heard of makes me quick to find resources and friends to help fix these problems as fast as possible.

3) Skill Development

Through out my entire time with this job it has taught me to fix almost any IT related problem. I am never a strain on local IT help anywhere I go now and I am a asset because I can fix something breaking rather than draining resources to find an IT company to fix something.
