• Troubleshooting and supporting AV technology systems in classrooms, conference rooms, event spaces, and other areas as requested from Faculty and Staff technology users
• Installing and configuring new AV technologies as directed by Academic Technology Engineering
• Administering System Updates, Testing, and Maintenance activities in all 400+ EKU campus technology spaces and documenting assets and escalated issues
• Writing/updating problem ticket logs, system technical information, and asset control documentation

• Offer style and outfit suggestions to the customer, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.

• Collaborated with team members to achieve sales goals through effective communication and teamwork.

• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately.

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.

• Leverage omni channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, check out, and back of house processes, as required.

• Courteous and responsive to internal/external request
