  • Successful design development of different Components in DR Trim Ass:
  • 1. Upper Wrapped T1-2 Crew cab MY2027 Chevy/GMC 3 different versions to TKO. Now in production without any rework & tool waste.
  • 2. Deco’s in 3 different versions and 2-shot Chromes T1XX-MCM-MY2024 to TKO. In production without rework & tool waste
  • 3. Belt Bracket FRT DR and Metal Brackets to BT1YL 2025.
  • 4. Armrest-Bolster and Upper for C1YX RR DR until Styling Freeze.
  • 5. Pull cup for O1SL-2.
  • 6. Participated along with Technical Specialist from Closures in the development of a new ISRH integrated in the armrest. New CCC Design for Premium Programs.

Door Trim as Second Assignments are:

  • 1. Dimensional DTS and assembly sequence champion to T1-2 Crew Cab MY2027 Chevy/GMC.
  • 2. Champion to develop GD&T for Front and Rear door trim on T1-2 Crew Cab Chevy/GMC.
  • 3. Dimensional Focal point to all DR Trim SMT
  • 4. Continuous development of corrosion program since 2016. Now in the Coupon Stage, developing the Dealer contact and logistic Part.
  • 5. Development and implementation of induction courses for new members of DR Trim SMT. Now available in LMS system.

AE GEM Program

  • FRT, RR and Side Closures; Wipers and Washer sys; Some Under body Panels. As AE I was responsible for:
  • 1. Material readiness for above mentioned systems on the JBSC1 program. Successfully met APPV, PPV with no TWO.
  • 2. Responsible of under body panels that usually are not under the Body SMT control. Worked with Thermal and Validation SMTs
  • 3. Satisfactory resolution to PRTS in less than 100 days; working with IRT’s and the Plant Quality and Manufacturing team.
  • 4. Tracking and implementation for all the EWO’s developed for GMNA region.
  • 5. Proactive and effective collaboration with other regions: China, Brazil and USA.
  • 6. Supplier collaboration within 5 different PDTs, from different parts of the world.
  • 7. Responsible for regional Weather Strips PDT.
  • QRD SMT.
  • 1. Responsible for communication and activities between the quality area and the SMT.
  • 2. Planning, development, and execution of the corrosion project at national level exceeding the 1000 sample vehicles requested by the GSSLT Team: total 1500 in three months. Allowing to move on to the next coupons stage.
