- I started my online business because I had a passion for curating clothes and loved packaging items for customers. I utilized social media to attract customers and boost sales. I made sure to provide exceptional customer service regarding any questions about UPS shipping, tracking numbers, clothing sizing, and managed inventory. Any issues we had with our clients, I would quickly respond and provide solutions such as refunds or exchanges. I achieved over 200+ sales. I sold vintage clothing pieces, plushies, collectibles, and shoes.

- I worked at Pollo Bravo for a year and during my time there I had many shoes to fill. These responsibilities included washing vegetable produce, preparing salads, prepared our popular Peruvian desserts, and packaging sides such as rice, fries, and beans in containers. I kept our condiments and sauce bottles filled for our in house dressing & salsas, which helped make food preparation easier. I would also stock drinks in the fridges, organized menus and pamphlets, taking out trash, packaged to go orders, refilling drinks, as well as observing inventory. I have some experience in customer service such as taking orders on the phone or in person and through phone calls, processing payments. I would translate from English to Spanish between staff members and customers. My main job role was mainly catering and preparing foods. I have gained exceptional organizational skills when it comes to maintaining supplies, I would restock cleaning supplies, I have wiped down surfaces, arranged tupperware, cleaned dishes, and clearing tables. Whenever a customer has a question about a specific menu item, because I have familiarity with Mexican & Peruvian cuisine, I give them recommendations and explain the taste to the best of my abilities.
