Being a CSA with Umpqua Bank I assist customers with all types of banking needs. Daily assist customers with setting up or closing accounts, and signing up for new services. I help customers with any banking need from daily account transactions, assisting with online banking to Completing special procedures for customers such as ordering new checks, stopping payments or investigating identity theft. Behind scenes of Umpqua bank I am auditing fellow teller currency to contribute to dual-control procedures. Other tellers are not the only thing I balance with in dual-control; vault, ATM coin and shipments. As a banker I also keep my own work station in a clean organized manner, making it easy to balance daily and keep customer information/projects private. As a resident assistant I care for residents with daily hygiene, including dental and mouth care, bath functions, hair care, and dressing. Assist residents with bowel and bladder functions. Assisting with ted hose, changing bed lining, cleaning up residents room, and laundry apart of my everyday routine. At Brookdale a resident assistant will take orders and service meals to more independent residents, as well as feeding residents who are unable to feed themselves. Transferring residents in one and two-person assists as well as trained on using a side board.

Selling product produced was apart of both shifts and upselling baked goods to either help reduce product waste or promote new recipes.
Went through all necessary training requirements to graduate Basic Combat Training. Qualifying in hand grenades, rifle marksmanship, and completed other graduation requirements. During this time there was a promotion to Platoon leader. This required cadence calling, getting each member of the platoon to formation on time and assisting in set-up and clean-up of field training exercises.
I would package the bakery items throughout the day, taking orders for the bakers and cleaning the bakery so it would be ready for the next day. I would also restock supplies for packaging in the bakery.
I bag grocery for customers and bring the to their car. I fill-in for other departments like bakery or meat department. I know how write on cakes and know different cuts of meats. I clean bathrooms and the front of the store.
I set-up the job site by putting signs and cones around the trucks. I brag brush and chip the wood, and haul wood out of the way. I clean up the job site. I raked the left over chips and put all equipment away. Off the job sit I would answer phones and help schedule estimates for upcoming customers.
