  • Assisted in the Design and improvement of shell in PTC CREO for alternator to improve manufacturing/Assembly Efficiency by 15 percent, helping to exceed production estimates
  • Designed capacitor test stand in PTC CREO. Design included power source and custom circuits; designed for testing and monitoring of capacitors during HIPOT certification testing. Increased time efficiency and increased safety overall
  • Tested each part of alternators (stator, excitor coil, excitor rotor) using various testing equipment and designed test stand to ensure manufacturing standards are upheld.
