Starting out at Chick-fil-A I had to go through all the training and I worked my way up to trainer then team lead, then was given the opportunity to become a kitchen manager. Throughout that time, I not only learn how to manage myself, but to manage a whole kitchen staff into doing their best and always keep a positive work environment. As a kitchen manager, I have to look for ways to improve quality, cleaning timing, and always finding ways to be more effective.
