I've worked at a restaurant ever since I graduated high-school, over a year and a half of experience working with salads, fryers, flat top grills, and charbroilers, including the cleaning of all ofbthe aforementioned cooking stations. I've worked as a cashier and expediter as well, working as a liason between customers and the kitchen crew. I became known in the community for my "radio announcer voice" I would use when calling out orders over the loudspeaker, and overall bringing a welcoming "friendly giant" energy to all of my interactions. I worked both opening and closing shifts, and a multitude of doubles, my personal record for hours worked in a single day being 15.63 hours straight. I am proficient with the safe use of knives cutting beef, chicken, and assorted vegetables. I am reliable hardworking, I only ever turned down covering a shift once during my entire tenure at my previous job and only ever called out 3 times without finding someone to cover my shift first.
