Gabriel Artero Cruz

Extracurriculars such as student council and the principals advisory committee of my school have taught me how to communicate properly and recognize possible opportunities to better my school when it comes to areas such as scheduling, behavior, grading, and student/teacher behavior. Prior to high-school I wasn’t involved much but participating in these extracurriculars coming into high-school has helped me overcome fears of speaking publicly, getting involved, and jumping at opportunities to gain experience and social skills. I thrive to be a reliable representative in my class council and to stay on top of all my tasks. I’m seeking leverage to these skills by engaging in new dynamic, professional settings.
