Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards

Monitor and report on safety incidents or near-misses

Maintain accurate and detailed records of wellhead maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Prepare and submit reports on wellhead performance, including recommendations for improvement

Develop and update procedures and guidelines for wellhead maintenance

Work closely with production, drilling, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations

Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of wellhead maintenance issues

Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians as required

Review well design and program requirements

Plan and prepare for wellhead installation, maintenance, or repair operations

Coordinate with drilling and production teams to ensure smooth operations

Install, test, and commission wellhead equipment, including casing heads, tubing heads, and valves

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication
