Workplace safety - Although it may have fallen out of style in many personal viewpoints, with the most obvious being the OSHA bashing from even the blue-collar positions of construction companies I first-hand hold a respect for workplace safety that I believe is to be valued by any employer

Flexible work schedule - Although the hours at hand are likely to be on weekdays at a fixed time, I am most open to fill in for shifts that have not been met or to work on weekends or holidays that others would prefer to take off
Willingness to learn - I am familiar with custodial work, as I was taught some techniques by my grandfather, Dennis Smith, while he worked, and I assisted, at the Union University church But am eager to learn anything taught by an experienced senior in the field
