Founded Elias FLC Inc. in 2017: Acquired a Farm Labor Contractor license to manage all HR responsibilities and mitigate legal risks for third-party companies. Grew the company to approximately 320 employees by the end of 2019.
Collaborated with Supervisors and Managers: Developed effective workplace policies, facilitated conflict resolution with win-win solutions, and fostered a productive environment, while ensuring supervisors received additional mandatory training in compliance with Labor Laws.
Managed Employee Hiring: Oversaw the hiring process, ensuring compliance with state labor laws and completion of necessary forms, including tax documents, I-9, Notice to Employee (DLSE-NTE), New Employee Information Sheet, and Workers’ Compensation time of hire form.
Managed Employee Separation: Conducted exit interviews, processed final payment and acknowledgment, completed the Change in Relations form, and provided information on relevant benefits.
