Gabriel Herron

I am a current Junior at the University of South Carolina Upstate seeking internships or other opportunities for the summer. Next year (2025) I will graduate with two degrees, one in computer science and the other in cybersecurity. I am well into both degrees having completed over 75% of my coursework with a 3.66 cumulative GPA.

• The application then updates the schools database accordingly
• Used Java, SQL, JDBC, mySQL, and Eclipse in creation and maintenance

• This certification offered by AWS ensures cloud fluency and foundational knowledge on AWS services
• In order to obtain this certification, you must pass an exam offered by AWS
• I passed the exam and earned this certification on 06/07/2024

University of South Carolina Upstate Cross Country and Track

Athlete, Josh Lee scholarship recipient

• In addition to my studies, I also compete for the cross country and track teams for my school. We compete virtually year-round and being on the team has taught me many valuable skills such as time-management, discipline, communication, consistency, and the value of hard work
• I was also the recipient of the Josh Lee scholarship which is a team scholarship that we give every year to an academically successful student
