Gabriel Hogue is someone who has strived to maintain consistency, collaboration and a goal oriented mindset in the workplace. This can be demonstrated by having no less than 3 years of tenure in all of his past work experiences. Starting in high school at a local mom and pop hardware store, he learned how to connect with customers on a first name basis and the value that still has today. During his time at the University of Cincinnati, where he achieved a Bachelors Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Gabriel also maintained a 40+ hour/w job at Chipotle Mexican Grill. He became a Kitchen Manager within the year and 6 months after was promoted tot he Service Manager role. Shortly after graduation he took a part time job at Apple as a Technical Specialist. During the tenure, he has amassed multiple promotions including going from part time to full time within a year, Service Technician to Technical Expert and finally his position today of Genius. Gabriel was also promoted as a select in store experience where his duty became Intern Manager for a 6 month period. During the Covid 19 pandemic Gabriel also became certified to work from home for Apple. Customer facing problem solving, repairing relationships or sales has been apart of the career at Apple and this includes diving into complex problem solving issues with all IOS devices, educating customers on their experiences and products, being certified for repairs on both iPhone and Mac, as well as selling a magnitude of products to various customer needs. The consistency in which Gabriel delivers these services is next to none as his invariable change to ratings has always maintained in exceeding expectations. To further show his goal orientated work ethic he has maintained an unblemished record of attendance during his 4+ years at Apple. Throughout Gabriel’s different career paths consistency, collaboration and having a goal orientated mind set has stayed true and shown in many facets including tenure, accolades, attendance and promotions.
