During this internship I experienced and developed the following skills:

• Built professional relationships with all the coaches within the organization, strengthening interpersonal communication skills during the internship experience.
• Gained exposure to various aspects of the industry through active participation in team events, meeting, coaches meeting and practice sessions during the internship period.
• Developed time-management skills through balancing multiple assignments while consistently attending practices and meetings during the internship period.
• Communicated effectively with faculty and staff and accepted critiques and suggestions for areas of improvement.
• Demonstrated adaptability by learning new software programs and game day preparation quickly, enhancing overall efficiency with the behind the scenes role coaches play.
• Developed strong communication skills by teaching players skills in team meetings and practice settings.
• Expanded professional network by actively engaging with coaches and players within the organization, fostering valuable connections for future career opportunities.
• Analyzed problems and worked with coaches to develop solutions for areas of improvement.
• Experienced parts of the recruiting process coaches go through during a season

During this volunteer opportunities I had the opportunity to Enhance the effectiveness of local sports organizations by providing ongoing volunteer support that better educated young athletes. Further more, this work contributed to the cultural enrichment of the community through teaching the youth skills and technique to become better football players. Whole working the events i promoted a positive image of Team 1 Performance by acting in a professional manner as taught children from grade 1-5 these various athletic movements. I learned communication and teamwork skills by collaborated with other volunteers to execute successful practice plans.
