- Primarily worked with PC techs
- I moved and organized spare equipment
- I traveled with PC techs to set up PCs and printers
- I became familiar with the city's ticket system and occasionally traveled on my own to fix problems
- I assisted in streaming city council meetings and initializing the council's computers and microphones
- After the FLOSSIP program ended, I stayed for an additional few weeks to help where I could
- I returned in the summer of 2023 under the MSIP program, with my duties remaining mostly the same
- Travel was incorporated so I could conduct IT duties across the city rather than having a sole focus in downtown offices.
