Elevations, Internal layouts, Door details, One line, Schematics diagrams and Wiring diagrams in Autocad for control and communications cabinets.

Create the bill of materials and name plate schedule

• Design, select electrical components, build and put into operation, for automated production projects.
• Design, select electrical components and build control panels.
• Active participation in programming PLC's VFD's, HMI's, temperature controls and all kinds of industrial instruments.
• Develop and implement network for use of communication between PLC's and other devices.
• Develop and implement electrical diagrams for numerous industrial applications.
• Calculate, select and install panel boards, load centers, switch gears ( Up to 4000 Amps), Automatic transfer switch (Up to to 1000A) and all necessary electrical components.
• Supervise work and safety for electric department members.
• Analyzed complex technical problems, determined solutions and made sound decisions.
