Contributed expertise to 405 bridge project at Huntington Beach and managed several tunnel cancellations involving cellular concrete.

Started the Chicago division with three major hospital mitigation/SLU projects. We implemented several techniques previously used to increase productivity and reduce labor and punch list issues. The move to takeover the Florida market presented very Florida issues from weather to lack of quality labor. Through cross training with our Chicago group we were able to get everyone on the same consistent program.

Started with decorative epoxy floors from quartz urethane cements to mitigation and coatings. We poured millions of square feet of underlayment with both Strong floor mate pumps to the tow behind rigs. I was also fortunate enough to be the lead finisher on many cellular concrete jobs from tunnels to roofs.
