Started the Chicago division with three major hospital mitigation/SLU projects. We implemented several techniques previously used to increase productivity and reduce labor and punch list issues. The move to takeover the Florida market presented very Florida issues from weather to lack of quality labor. Through cross training with our Chicago group we were able to get everyone on the same consistent program.
