Multiple porkformances from training staff

A porkformance from Nancy Oros, Plant training supervisor for assisting on the crossover from stamp to workday and helping to on-board new employees through a difficult point in time.

A porkformance from Shanice Williamson, On the job trainer. The OJT program is adjacent to my own position and it was for being on the shoulder line and separation saw while the supervisor was not present. I worked with the superintendents to ensure product was being cut to specification and used visual aids to support training.
