• I am a shipping associate I would make sure all orders are shipped out especially the priorities and would check constantly on sale orders and invoices to check what's going on with orders once everything was caught up I would help out my coworkers with warehouse work such as pulling parts and putting them away or even sometimes scrap parts that didn't sell.
• In shipping FedEx , UPS ,and Dhl would always have problems with either losing or damaging our customers order so I would have to call and inform them with the situation.My goal was to make sure we figure out what’s going on and resolve the problem with our customer as best as we can so that our customer leave with satisfaction

INVENTORY:In inventory I was in charge of making sure our computers parts where restocked in our shelves for shipping.If everything was done and there wasn’t anything to do I would package orders and prep orders for shipping.

• SHIPPING/PREP : For prep work i would make sure whatever product we are working on it isn’t damaged and if it is right away let them know and if they’re ok with still working on it I would proceed with sanding and dusting/cleaning the product and if needed to tape down anything the client chose he doesn’t want painted afterwards I would hang up the product on a metal rack to take to the powder coating painter which he would proceed to paint . Finally when everything is painted I would proceed to make sure everything looks in top shape for the client and wrap it up/ package it to get ready for the customer
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: For every product we had we always like to make sure our customers always leave satisfied with there decisions on there products, to make sure they did I would show them color gallery’s we have so they can see other options of a color and different shades it comes in. Not only did they appreciate our work they appreciated our service.For example sometimes I would have to deliver the product to our clients they usually always have workers to unload but even if they do I always would help them unload and take it the exact spot they need it to go.Another example is during calls I would always make sure to understand the problem and work to resolve it quickly so that our client leaves satisfied and would like to come back and work with the company again
