Oversee up to five people on a job; duties include noting the time of arrival of workers on the job site.

Give each crew member tasks they need to complete for the day. I work alongside the crew, doing the more skilled jobs that are needed.

Keep an eye on each crew member, making sure they are doing the task efficiently and correctly.

Report to management all that was accomplished for the day for each crew member, and report the time work ended for the day.

Pick up materials from the supplier and deliver them to the job site, using a materials trailer at times.

I USUALLY MOW GRASS AT THE COMPANY PROPERTY AND WEEDEAT AROUND MARKERS ETC.

THIS IS PART TIME WORK, NOT CURRENTLY NEEDED UNTIL SPRING
