Work History

Program Manager

  • Responsible to manage and oversee trainings for 4 internal promotions, 5-7 direct staff employees, 2 interns, 5 onshore/offshore program support operations employees, in 2021-2025 and a program spend of $160M+.
  • Managed process for all IT SOW projects including approvals, supplier trainings and invoice reconciliation.
  • Responsible for the management of 200+ contract workers and multi-million dollar SOW projects.
  • Worked with DaVita PMO about billing and project allocations, specially for dashboard forecasting for SOW project allocation.
  • Brought 52 new SOWs in program scope, with 18 suppliers both onshore and offshore.
  • Built approval processes, supplier trainings, manager trainings and managed VMS implementation for DaVita’s largest offshore SOW supplier.
  • Helped to restructure the general DaVita IT approval process for new headcount and SOW project extensions.
  • Managed restructuring the SOW front end approvals by process improvements and proper documentation.
  • Lead Project Manager for 2 client system integrations of the timekeeping and billing system, as well as the HRIS requisition system.

  • Since 2020 SOW expansion grew from $19M annually to over $40M annually
  • Implemented a new standardized rate card/job title process for the global staffing side of the program and captured $500K+ in cost savings reporting.
  • Improved on the process and formatting for both our weekly program sponsor ops meeting as well as the weekly team meeting.
  • Expanded the program over 200 additional workers year over year, a spend increase of just over $25M, all keeping our manager, supplier, and worker satisfaction surveys at very high scores in 2025.
  • Build project plans and host requirements gathering calls for client system and Magnit VMS system integrations.
  • Work with client on building company communications for project implementations, train on process flow documentation and make timing recommendations.
  • Training the team on proper classification of workers, managing the quarterly rebate process, and presenting SaaS platform data demonstrations with key stakeholders, regarding market rates/data.
  • Decreased Time to Fill metric 12 days from 2023 to 2025.
  • Created, implemented, and lead a joint steering committee for the clinical and non-clinical programs for all key client stakeholders.
  • Plan, successful demonstrations and implementation of key program SaaS platforms and automated executive program dashboards.
  • Conducted monthly planning calls with both DaVita leaders/sponsors as well as calls with our global supply base, on the COVID crisis, company updates, as well as helped to facilitate the return to office communications.
  • Successfully build and lead many frequent Quarterly Business Reviews, Strategic Program Assessments and SWOT analyses for internal Magnit presentations to executives, as well as client facing presentation to executives.
  • Utilize market data tools and supplier scorecarding to make budget recommendations to client contingent hires and supplier/vendor recommendations for client’s future business.
