Lake Access Area Implementation/Project Manager (2021 - 2023): Led and supported the execution of upgrading existing access and planning the installation of new Access Areas on the lakes where Duke Energy operates Hydro Power Generation facilities, per the requirements and licensing agreements with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)

• Actively Managed 4-8 projects concurrently: ~$4M in total budget ; Averaging 1.5 years from Design to Close Out
• End to End Execution: Scope, Schedule, and Budget and Controls including status, forecasting, quotes (RFQs), RFIs, safety & issue/risks
• Owned obtaining internal funding approvals and permits from State and Federal agencies
• Council Representative: Department wide monthly safety meeting focused on event reduction
• Maintained and tracked project milestone accuracy that created visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting

Hydro West Project Manager (2018 - 2021): Led the execution of capital improvement projects at several Hydro Power Generating facilities that resulted in increased generating efficiency/reliability and decreased manpower which in turn reduced the risk of safety incidents (one of the company's main KPIs)

• Recognized as a valued contributor each year in this role during annual performance reviews
• Actively Managed multiple projects concurrently: $20M+ in total budget; estimated averaging 1.3 years from Design to Close Out
• End to End Execution: Scope, Schedule, and Budget and Controls including status, forecasting, quotes, RFIs, safety & issue/risks concerns
• Consistently traveled to project sites across NC, SC, & TN as well as internationally to Canada
• Planned, coordinated, and executed design, build and installation support activities at DE sites and subcontracted resources to ensure that work was completed within the requirements of the contract and ensured cost, quality and schedule constraints were met, exceeded, or mitigated
