  • Government after bombings at the Ikeja Army Barracks.

  • troops in Phase III of Operation Focus Relief in Kachia, Nigeria.

  • Prepared POIs (Program Of Instructions) and Training Schedules for seven (7) different types of vehicles and MHE (Mechanical Heavy Equipment) used for the MRL (Multi Roll Logistics) training for personnel of the Ethiopian Military Peace Keeping Troops as part of the preparation process for deployment to Darfur, Sudan.
  • Conducted and trained troops on the following vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser, US Military Troop Carrier and Palletized Heavy Duty Trucks - M900 Series.
  • Also supervised training on other vehicles and MHE (Forklift, Container haulers).
  • Training comprised and/or included operations of the vehicles in all terrains and weather, 1st and 2nd Echelon training.

  • Conducts both light and heavy duty drivers training courses for PAE Logistics and Logistical Training Depot in Sierra Leone.
  • Training entails train the trainer driving courses on various types vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser 4WD, DAF, US spec Military M900 Trucks, Wrecker/Recovery Vehicle Operations, Forklifts, etc and equipment including good driving ethics, off road terrain driving, and most importantly, safe driving and equipment operation for West African troops and civilians.
  • Managed, supervised, and oversaw a total fleet of 301 vehicles (Light and Heavy) and Mechanical Heavy Equipment (MHE) in support of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Logistics and Logistical Training Depot in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
  • Ensured that personnel and equipment get to the right location in a safe, secure, and timely manner.
  • Organized, planned, and executed road convoys with the appropriate safety measures in place to Liberia and other parts of Sierra Leone and West Africa as required.
  • Scheduled and ensured vehicles underwent the Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Checks and Service (PMCS) making them mission ready at all times.
  • Monitored PMCS closely to ensure adequate and required maintenance is completed.
  • Controlled and monitored daily vehicle fuel consumption to prevent fuel theft and fraud saving thousands of dollars monthly.
  • Managed a workforce (Drivers and Mechanics) and conducted training to these personnel on usage of tools, safety procedures, and revised/modified PMCS procedures.
  • Managed and successfully completed the refurbishment of 40 depot vehicles (20xToyota D/Cabin Hilux and 20xMercedez 5- ton trucks) used in support of the Sierra Leone Presidential and General Elections in July- August 2007.
  • The process was completed in 60 working days.
  • 28 Sierra Leone Army troops have benefited and are now driving for the RSLAF (Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces).
  • Also conducted and successfully completed advance driving Training for Toyota Land Cruisers, DAF 1600 (5 ton), M900 Tankers, Fork Lift and Wrecker to 29 RSLAF troops deployed to Darfur, Sudan on UN peace mission and another 10 RSLAF troops benefited from the train the trainer courses stated herein and are currently training other troops of the RSLAF in Sierra Leone for international missions.
  • In April of 2008, headed the PAE Team to Dakar-Senegal on assessment for the AFRICAP TCC Contract from US- DoS (Department of State), assessment was successful.
  • Contract was awarded to PAE at the end of the assessment report.

Ground Transportation Manager

  • Managed and oversee a total fleet of 248 Vehicles (Light and Heavy) and MHE including their movement, distribution, status, and the necessary required maintenance in Darfur where PAE provided logistical support to the African Mission in Sudan (AMIS).
  • Ensured that personnel and equipment arrived at the right location in safely, securely, and timely.
  • Organized, planned, and executed weekly road convoys with the appropriate safety measures to 36 PAE camps in Darfur.
  • Managed a workforce of 57 personnel, including 56 local nationals.
  • Aggressively monitored vehicle usage and vehicle fuel consumption daily to prevent any losses and discrepancies that might arise during operations.
  • Revised and introduced procedures for the smooth running of the Transportation Section.

Site Manager

  • Managed the affairs of an extended camp for AMIS in Tine, West Darfur, which was constructed by PAE.
  • Affairs included support to 175 African Union troops/personnel (MILOBS, Protection Force, and CIVPOL) and a PAE workforce of 25 personnel.
  • Ensured around-the-clock availability of electricity, water, healthy environment, healthy food, maintenance, and repair of 30+ vehicles and 2X500kva generators.
  • Also managed and supervised construction of other tented camps in other areas of Darfur.
  • Accountable for 10,000 gallons of diesel on a monthly basis and a monthly $8,000 petty cash advance for the up keep of the camp and payment of salaries to local employees.
  • Aggressively monitored consumption of diesel by all equipment to ensure a theft-free operation saving thousands of dollars monthly.

Transportation/ Movcon Supervisor

  • Conducted driver training and trained Joint Military Commission (JMC) personnel on good driving ethics, off road and desert terrain driving, and safety procedures.
  • Supervised the movement, distribution, status, and necessary required maintenance for a fleet of 44 vehicles and MHE in the Nuba Mountain region of Sudan where PAE provided logistical support to the JMC.
  • This mission was comprised of 10 countries monitoring the ceasefire agreement between the SPLA and Government of Sudan in the Nuba Mountain region.
  • Countries included: US, Britain, France, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, and Sudan, the host country.
  • Supervised and processed passengers and cargoes on 2x fixed wing aircraft (AN-26 and AN-28) and 2X helicopters for the entire mission within the Nuba Mountains 3 particular and Sudan in general.

Transportation/Air Operations Supervisor

  • Supervised and oversee a total fleet of 72 vehicles (Light & Heavy) to include their movement, distribution, status and the necessary require maintenance in Liberia where logistical support was provided to the ECOWAS Mission in Liberia (ECOMIL) by PAE.
  • Drastically monitored vehicles fuel consumption, saving PAE thousands of dollars.
  • Planned and led convoys to different locations in Liberia in support of the Mission.
  • Coordinated all air operations as necessary.
  • Processed manifest for passengers and cargoes on 2 X MI8 Helicopters.
  • Implemented proper safety procedures.
  • Forward Operations Base(FOB) Supervisor - Liberia (September - October 2003) Responsible and supervised the deployment of 550 ECOMIL Troops comprising of three different contingents from Benin, Togo and Nigeria to Grand Bassa County (South) of Liberia.
  • Supervised all logistical support to these troops from PAE Government Services Inc.
  • These support included transportation (vehicles), water re-supply, power generation, food re-supply, maintenance of all PAE/USG (United States Government) equipment deployed with the troops, communications, ensured healthy environment and others.

  • Received 2-3 (Ilyshiun) IL-76 aircrafts with ECOMIL troops and their equipment and headed their deployment to different parts of Monrovia from the Robert International Airport (RIA).
  • A total of 3,500 troops.
  • Received & handled hundreds of thousands of US dollars worth of equipment for PAE Government Services Inc.
  • in support of ECOMIL mission in Liberia.
  • The equipment included heavy duty and light duty vehicles, food items, water, generators and other assorted equipment necessary.

  • Organized and oversee the operations and movement of 76 heavy duty trucks and a workforce of 110 local personnel in support of Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group (ECOMOG).
  • Orchestrated deployment and re-deployment of more than 5,000 ECOMOG troops and their equipment to different locations within Sierra Leone.
  • Disbursed and maintained accountability of more than $10,000 monthly for per diem and out of town allowances.
