A recent graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, I have developed a strong foundation in the study and application of communication interventions. As a bilingual Behavioral Support Assistant, I work directly with students to implement behavior management strategies and support individualized educational goals, often collaborating with speech therapists and other professionals. My bilingual skills in English and Spanish enhance my ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, ensuring accessible and culturally competent support. With hands-on experience in both clinical and educational settings, I am committed to advancing my expertise in speech-language pathology through graduate study, with a focus on improving communication outcomes for individuals with diverse needs.
