Assist with enrolling employees in benefits during open enrollment and qualifying life events in Workday HRIS system. Efficiently manage internal systems as well as Workday HRIS system and outside vendor portals to assist employees. Currently sole leave administrator for our largest company under the corporation. Managing high volume of FMLA and ADA leaves as well as internal company leave and coordinating with state paid family leave programs in CA, WA, OR & CO.
