I assist the alliance members with multiple transportation arrangements throughout five counties. Each county has different transportation systems to accommodate each region.
Those counties are Merced, Mariposa, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Monterey.
We work with multiple systems in order to fully assist the Alliance members. For example: MediTrac, Call the Car, Cisco Finesse and Jabber, Essette, Outlook, Calabrio, Dome, Java, Five Nine, Knowledge Base, MedsLite, Paycom, DHCS for eligibility verification and a few others.
I work with high call volumes.
I’m also able to assist members when they need to file any grievances, place a single member ID card order or for a whole family, change/confirm their PCP (Primary Care Provider), update any demographics, confirm eligibility, information on other healthcare coverage, pharmacy/ prescription related questions, any billing/claim issues, confirming referrals for specialties/ procedures/ ECM and process any request for documents that a member may need.
I am able to provide benefit information and provide education on resources available to the communities through enhanced care management and community support agencies.
Most of the calls that come in are from spanish and english speaking members; however I have spoken with members that speak a different language or dialect and require interpreting services which is also a service provided by the company.
