• Planned and coordinated with other Staff Officers and personnel to plan Field Training Exercises. Ensured over 140 Cadets had the correct supplies, gear, food, and water.
• Mentored new personnel to complete tasks accurately by being knowledgeable of procedures.
• Provided informative briefings to update superiors on current situations and responsibilities.

• Graded and evaluated assignments and examinations for multiple courses with over 30 students each.
• Guided students through hands on labs involving basic circuitry
• Completed clerical tasks such as filing and copying.
• Communicated effectively with faculty and staff and accepted critiques and suggestions for areas of improvement.
