As a student caller for Alumni Relations, I call alumni to update contact information and offer donation packages. Being a caller includes executing skills such as compromise, agreeability, customer service, and business strategies. I must also code and record results of all calls, which requires a knowledge of our platform and database.

• As a treatment room volunteer, my primary responsibility is to keep the space clean and work with animals
• I clean kennels, take out garbage, do laundry, and restock for the medical specialists
• I also greet potential adoptees and advise

• I worked the concessions stand at West Wind movies
• I prepared food, cleaned the work space, and built customer relation skills
• I also had to keep check of inventory, and create a welcoming environment for both my co-workers and customers
