Summary
I had a part time job at Cracker Barrel as a retail sales associate where I was able to hone my skills in communication, stress management, and . I moved on from this to enlist in the US Army where I now work with the field artillery. Here I have developed my own leadership style, learned to teach accountability to my teammates, developed my time management skills and how to pay close attention to small details to ensure our goals are completed. Being a Sergeant, I am now in charge of my own section of three to five members who I ensure are always prepared for our next task and that their needs are fulfilled while also making sure we are flexible for any last minute details.
I am currently open to broadening my horizons with new skills I can keep with me in life. I also wish to create professional relationships in fields that I am interested in diving into when I leave the US Army in the future.
