• I collected the items, I made the service event, and I led the event. I had gotten all of the supplies to wherever they needed to go. The Abigail Adams Award is the second highest award a girl can earn in American Heritage Girls. It required me to get a certain amount of service hours to host a service event during this period. I had collected crayons to melt down and send off to Children's Hospital. Another thing that I have collected was toiletries; we had packed up toiletries, but we had sent them out to homeless shelters. The last thing I have collected was items for orphans to help them with whatever situation they were going through, and to give encouragement to them.

The American Heritage Girls' highest award is the Stars & Stripes. During this process, I had to get no less than 100 hours on this project, which I have surpassed, having completed about 200 hours. During this project, I had to schedule workdays and a schedule for volunteers. My service project was for Hidden Hammock Campgrounds. I repainted a bathroom with a group of volunteers. I had led them for four days and managed them during this time, but I overcame challenges that occurred with problem-solving and fast thinking. With my creative thought process, I was able to develop solutions for the situations and problems that occurred during this time as well. Outside of the project, there is a lot of behind-the-scenes work to be done, and I had done it according to my schedule; I had gotten it done.
