- After the regional bakery was closed most of the employees were transferred to different stores.
- I work at Milan bakery I go in at 3 AM to ice doughnuts and fill the doughnut case before the store opens.
- Once the store opens I will answer the phone to take orders.
- I will package the baked goods and help customers at the counter.

- When I first started the job I would follow the orders for doughnuts and put them in cabinets so they could be sent off to the store that night.
- For the last year and the half I was a doughnut icier where I would use a machine to ice 20 doughnuts at a time.
- We would follow the orders.
- We would sort and ice the doughnuts needed.
- Hy-Vee Regional bakery was where we would bake the bread, doughnuts and muffins for most of the stores.
