I am a highly collaborative graphic designer who consistently excels at conceptualizing and creating visuals to inform and engage various audiences. I have 6 years of experience doing everything from branding, identity design, art direction, motion graphics, illustration, marketing, creating social media campaigns, and web design. I have had success on multiple occasions pitching concepts to clients and always deliver assets on time. I am proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, along with Figma.
During my time at Catchy, I was able to improve both hard and soft skills significantly. Presenting and defending my design work to clients became second nature, and I was given the responsibility of leading the creative process for multiple projects across several accounts, including Intel, Slack, Atlassian, Cohere for AI, and in-house branding. I have subsequently pushed myself to learn and expand my design skills and critical problem-solving abilities.
This being my first agency job, I gained experience and learned more than with any of my previous positions.
Much of the work I did at Knack was in-house branding for the company, along with designing ebooks and whitepapers for Microsoft partners and AWS.
Here I worked as an alterations specialist, sewing wedding gowns, and did professional fittings. I have a great deal of customer service experience from this job but have also become a better designer from having to work on and solve 3-dimensional problems when creating gowns.
I designed marketing and event collateral for the university and their clients, and was lead designer/art director on several major events.
Working as a freelance graphic designer for three years has given me a significant amount of experience in design, and has elevated my passion for the craft. Several of my clients requested logos, websites, branding assets, illustrations, and other design elements. Some of these businesses include The Art Center, Western Slope Exotics, Mesa VR Tours, and The Equality Brand.
