Trained in every department and contributed to a positive work environment by consistently demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills throughout the store. Led closing procedures on weekends and some weekdays and trained new hires on closing requirements and expectations.

Following three years of volunteer work for the Safety Town organization, I earned one of three lead teacher positions due to my work ethic and teaching excellence. Organized and led a classroom of 3-6 teenage volunteers and 25-30 5-year-old students. Taught subjects such as Gun Safety and Water Safety. Mastered de-escalation and conflict resolution and managed interpersonal relationships between students and volunteers.
