Responsibilities include:

Providing 24/7 emergency support handling police, fire and medical alarms for both residential and commercial clients.

Protecting life and property by acting promptly, verifying signals and contacting emergency dispatch when necessary.

Documenting all alarm activity, actions taken and communications; ensuring all data being entered into the system is accurate and updated.

Responsibilities including but not limited to: Opening and closing of the store, training and coaching new and existing employees, remaining up to date on product knowledge and selling product to reach sales goals.

Responsible for maintaining key performance indicators such as sales goals, customer service scores, ADS and UPT goals.

Cash management: Counting registers at the beginning and end of every shift, putting deposits together, counting and keeping track of safe and signing off on deposit pick ups.

Worked in the pizza, subs, and coffee departments. Huge focus on safety, sanitation and overrall cleanliness with weekly food safety walks and meetings.

Responsibilities including but not limited to: Opening and closing the department, putting in warehouse and frozen orders, checking temperatures on all ingredients and sauces, throwing out any out of date product, making and cooking pizzas, subs, and fryer items for cold case, customer orders and online to-go orders. Nightly cleaning tasks such as dishes, cleaning the fryer, all tables and carts, dough mixer, and any utensils used that day.
