Physical activity, such as working out and hikes!

I have been a big outdoor lover from a very young age, so it's only natural that it has followed me into my adult years! Most week day mornings, my boyfriend and I go to the gym to start our day. As for the weekends, we like to find a new trail to go to as often as we can! We prioritize journaling and bettering ourselves as often as we can too!

Whenever I have some free time as well, I enjoy sticking my nose in a book for as long as I can! I tend to read 30-35 books per year if time allows it!
