I work for a large medical spa that has three surgeons, two doctors and 3 additional medical staff. We have over 30 medical grade lasers and we are very busy. I am the front office lead coordinator/assistant. I screen approx. 50 incoming calls per day, scheduling customer appointments and surgeries. I have full knowledge of all business services provided to answer routine questions as necessary. I work directly with clients to takes them from consultation to post-op, including necessary paperwork and payments. I love connecting with our patients and the organization involved in this business.
I went to work for Sugared + Bronzed because I wanted to try something new. I took on the role of airbrush technician learning how to educate clients on the benefits of a natural, sunless tan. I would talk with customers about the ingredients we were using, the various shades and I helped them choose the right shade for their needs, whether it was for a special event or just day-to-day tanning. I was very thorough and efficient and was able to service multiple clients within an hours time.
During the short time I worked here, I won the monthly award for selling the most products to clients multiple times.
I liked that I was able to set my own schedule and be in charge of my work.
I worked for Sephora USA at multiple locations from 2017 to 2022. Early on, I learned about skincare and make-up and application. I became knowledgeable about skincare products and their ingredients and about client care.
My job entailed color matching, guidance about skincare products for specific skin types, as well as full-face make-up application.
I loved working in the larger, higher volume stores. I liked keeping busy and learning about new brands.
The 3rd store location that I worked in was located at The Grove. It is the biggest location on the West Coast. I enjoyed working with all of the luxury brands and learned about fragrances.
My favorite thing about working at Sephora was client interaction and helping people feel pretty. I enjoyed teaching them about how easy it is to apply product. I was able to connect with many people in my day and I enjoyed that aspect of the work.
While at Sephora inside JCPenney, I consistently won monthly bonuses for the most credit card application recommendations.
