Consistent use and monitoring of data to ensure workflows/programs are sustaining, responding, and executing new strategies when trends are not favorable. Project/Change Management: Experiencing in leading projects and change management through implementing new technology, new locations, workflows, initiatives, programs and onboarding/integrating new providers (merger/acquisitions).
