- My main job at ICS was placement coordinator. I had to create profiles of our clients then match them with the best homes I could find. This part of my job requires a lot of talking on the phone, managing and coordinating clients with the home staff.

- Among other tasks, I was also in charge of briefing and preparing interviewees for our company. This meant completing tasks such as checking and making IDs, guiding them through paperwork, and helping them set up their profiles.
