Affiliations

  • During Q1 2022, I received an "Outstanding" performance rating from the Section Chief of HR Operations in recognition of proposing and implementing an innovative solution for the Visa Unit. I proposed a standardized template for requesting G-4 visas for Staff Members and their dependents. To develop this solution, I collaborated closely with the iCloud Team, Onboarding Team, Visa Unit, Executive Offices and other internal departments, gathering input on how to integrate all necessary data required for the Diplomatic Note.

As a result of this project, we successfully created a system feature that allows the issuance of TDY (Temporary Duty) letters for Staff Members based overseas, enabling them to travel to the U.S. for official missions when needed.
