I have the responsibility of caring for and educating young children, usually between the ages of 0- 1 years.

Supervision and Care: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care. Constantly monitoring the children's activities to prevent accidents.

Educational Development: Planning and carrying out activities that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

These activities may include educational games, reading, art, music, and motor development.

Promoting Social Skills: Encouraging positive interaction between children, teaching them communication, and cooperation.

Progress Monitoring: Observing and recording children's developmental progress. This may include taking note of important milestones and areas where children may need additional support.

Parent Communication: Maintaining regular communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on their children's well-being and progress.

Space Maintenance: Make sure that the learning environment is clean, safe, and organized, complying with all health and safety regulations.

Positive Discipline: Apply positive discipline techniques to guide children's behavior, promoting an environment of respect and collaboration.

Routine Development: Create and maintain daily routines that include time for educational activities, games, food, and rest, helping children adjust to a predictable structure.
